Job Description

  • The candidate must be graduate / MBA /Equivalent.
  • Having worked as part of Background Verification team / Audit Team / Recruitment quality analyst team would be an added advantage although not a must.
  • A minimum of 18 months of relevant exp. is a must. Exposure to common case scenarios and on field experience in terms of data validation.
  • With excellent written & verbal communication & articulation skills.
  • Familiar with market scenario, fake industry trends and practices.
  • Analytical & Eye for details.
  • Should have Knowledge on flow of Verification process, Recruitment process.
  • Should be willing to travel
  • Perform audits on resolved cases, perform due diligence on issues/inputs & will be the accountable SPOC for all cases of a particular business units.
